Welcome to Principal Plans ltd.

Through hard work and passion for what we do, Principal Plans has evolved and grown steadily since its inception in 2009 and we are now considered one of the UK's leading companies in our sector.

We have extensively developed the services we offer, now covering almost every corner of plans services which includes – Land Registry Compliant Lease plans and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), 2D and 3D floor plans for your marketing purposes and 3D visualisation (computer generated imagery).

The start of 2011 sees Principal Plans being instructed to produce plans for a big shopping centre in Solihull.
